[Pkg-exppsy-maintainers] Bug#520732: needs to change Build-Dependency from libode0-dev to libode-dev

I've uploaded a bit updated pyode yesterday (unfortunately upstream is
somewhat dead -- just incorporating suggested patches).
I will look at pyepl packaging today -- probably it is time for it to move under
git ;)
