[pymvpa] Binary Installer for MacOS X 10.5 [BETA]

Hi,

finally I was able to build a binary installer for MacOS X. For now it
works with 10.5 and the Enthought Python Distribution for Macs:

Please try it and tell me, if it works for you.

At best you should remove any previous traces of PyMVPA installations
from your system.  After installing the Python distribution, you
basically have to download the PyMVPA installer from the project
website's download area, (double-)click it for a number of times
(experiencing the standard installation procedure). Done.

The installer puts PyMVPA 0.3 (+ some MacOS specific improvements) on
your system. It includes the SMLR and LIBSVM extension. From now on, you
also do not have to manually put any symlinks anymore. ;-)

If the feedback is positive, I'm going to provide a similar installer
for PyNIfTI as well.
