[pymvpa] Updated RPM-packages for Fedora, Redhat and CentOS

Hi,

I have just updated the website with new information about the
installation of RPM packages on Fedora, Redhat and CentOS. I got reports
that the previous packages did not work nicely with CentOS5 and the
EPEL5 packages. Therefore I have set up a separate repository for those
packages (that also includes the related Fedora and Redhat EL5
packages).

If you have used the previous RPMs via a package manager, you probably
want to update the repository URL (see the website).

Moreover, I also added binary RPM packages for Fedora 10.
