I didn't change any of the code. I did download the extended dataset
from the website. For the current project I'm working on it isn't
crucial for this script to work, I was just hoping to generate some
images without trying to push the classifier results back to AFNI.

As long as I do the reverse mapping function and output as nifti I
should be able to load the classifier results as an overlay in AFNI,
right?
