[pymvpa] smvc_wrap compilation

for the record: issue resolved.  swig version installed (1.3.29)
wasn't compatible with python >=2.5, providing svmc_wrap.cpp [1]
generated with swig 1.3.40 to override the generated one helped.  To
build in such cases, do

make # this one would fail
copy attached svmc_wrap.cpp over the one you get
make # this one should proceed ok
