Thank you Roberto for taking time and looking into the files:

you caught us in the middle of preparing  a bugfix release for this
issue... meanwhile:

analysis -- yes, but if you would 'map2nifti' your results those
fields need to be first reset to 0 and 1.0 correspondingly -- that will
be done automagically by map2nifti in 0.4.7 as soon as it is ok (planed
release date is yesterday  ;-) )
