Hi,

does anyone have Python code for putting this as a feature into PyMVPA's
searchlight. In this past I have been using the 'scatter ROIs' feature
quite a bit to speed up analysis and get a the big picture faster. It would
be lovely to have this way of representing the results combined with
scattering of searchlights.
