[pymvpa] get_haxby2001_data() missing mask_vt.nii.gz

Hi Yaroslav,

Ah, no I missed the http://data.pymvpa.org/datasets/tutorial_data/ link. I
was looking in the Tutorial Prerequisites and "What Do I Need..." sections
to make sure I wasn't missing anything. Completely didn't think to check
the general tutorial intro for download links. OK, well that would explain
why I was missing the tutorial data. Thanks!

Now that I'm working with the NeuroDebian though everything is working
quite well and I think I'll just stick with that. I like having a
completely contained environment for all my neuro processes to be installed
in and run from.

Thanks for the help and for helping spot my oversight. Happy Holidays!

Cheers,
Jason
