[pymvpa] PyMVPA on Ubuntu 15.10 - LinearNuSVMC not available

I am afraid that due to a cocktail (anaconda + native
debian/ubuntu way) of installations things got confused.  If you
installed via apt-get, just try using system-wide python version and
everything should be available.

If still doesn't -- give us output of

print mvpa2.wtf()
