I am able to change the number of subprocesses used by changing the nproc value in sphere_searchlight, but I am unsure of how to get Grid Engine to request the same number of slots on the cluster for the job. Has anyone successfully used sphere_searchlight with Grid Engine in the past? </span><br style="color:rgb(0,0,0);font-family:Helvetica">
