Thank you for your reply.<br>

I followed the installation instructions that you are referring to. I have also opened an issue on the PyMVPA github repository:<br>
<br>
<a href="https://github.com/PyMVPA/PyMVPA/issues/544" title="https://github.com/PyMVPA/PyMVPA/issues/544" target="_blank">https://github.com/PyMVPA/PyMV<wbr>PA/issues/544</a><br>
<br>
I have already closed the issue once, because I thought that I had solved the problem, but when Pegah tested the installation, we figured out that still something went wrong in the linking step of the installation, because she got the error message:
<p class="m_1860023894212232442gmail-m_-2746884283917491084p1" style="margin-left:40px"><span style="font-family:'courier new',courier,monospace">   from mvpa2.clfs.svm import LinearNuSVMC</span></p>

Because of this problem, I deleted the PyMVPA installation and tried again from scratch. Meanwhile I have reopened the issue on github.<br></div></blockquote><div><br></div><div>I saw that user @samfux84 (I assume the handle of Samuel Fox) closed issue 544, writing "<span style="color:rgb(36,41,46);font-family:-apple-system,BlinkMacSystemFont,'Segoe UI',Helvetica,Arial,sans-serif,'Apple Color Emoji','Segoe UI Emoji','Segoe UI Symbol';font-size:14px">I did again a fresh installation using the bundled libsvm and this time it worked." </span>. Does that mean that the issue described here on this thread in the PyMVPA mailinglist is resolved?</div></div></div></div>
