[Pkg-fedora-ds-maintainers] Building packages

Hi,

while building the FedoraDS packages for Debian I've stumbled upon a
problem: mozilla-ldap-sdk doesn't build because the configure-stamp
target depends upon $(QUILT-STAMPFN) and not $(QUILT_STAMPFN).

A patch to fix this is attached.
