I had deliberately left this bug unfixed in 6.3.0, which should match
6.2.5 behavior as closely as possible, and some users have mentioned on
the fetchmail mailing lists that are fond of this feature -- like: hang
up their modem as soon as the "sleeping at <time>" message passes by.

(And this is probably the reason why things have gone forth and back WRT
this bug before 5.9.11 and before 6.2.5.)

The patch has explicitly been provided for 6.4.0, please remove
02.fix-print-date and reopen the bug, else users will shout at you.
Does not Debian have a Principle of Least Astonishment?

Consider

if (outlevel > (O_SILENT + (NULL != getenv("FETCHMAIL_SILENT_SLEEP"))))

or something like that if you really must fix it. Then users can
override the behavior by setting this env. variable.
