[pkg-fetchmail-maint] Bug#427405: Kerberos v5 support

The compiled version of fetchmail does not include kerberos support.
Bug #136398 seems to be related to this, however it is quite old and
has been marked as resolved. I have been able to get fetchmail working
by compiling from source (using ./configure --with-kerberos5).

The relevant line in my .fetchmailrc:
poll pop-6.iastate.edu with proto KPOP auth kerberos_v5
user 'me' there is 'myself' here

Output:
$ fetchmail
fetchmail: KERBEROS v5 support is configured, but not compiled in.
