Wouldn't it be better to have exim4 make itself a part of
$mail-transport-agent as described in the link above and fetchmail only
doing:
> +# Should-Start: $mail-transport-agent $named
> +# Should-Stop: $mail-transport-agent
Seems less redundant this way, and if no one has a reason to depend
explicitly on exim, it might make the "not widely implemented yet" go
away much faster.
