[pkg-fgfs-crew] Bug#603496: flightgear: no keboard input after window focus switch

When I launch flightgear (in full screen mode), switch to another window 
(to turn off the internet radio stream because I can't understand the 
ATIS with the radio playing) and switch back to flightgear keyboard
input is no longer possible.
