Yes, that's according to the plan. As flightgear-data weights almost a
GiB, overall, I thought we better don't clutter the archive with a huge
pre-release package.

That might also make more sense to happen only *after* the real 3.0.0
release.

The intention behind uploading a pre-release was to find bugs and
issues, early. And so far, I certainly consider that a success.

However, that's just my reasoning. Comments or concerns?
