I put the last revision of our svn in our repository :

deb-src http://pkg-fglrx.alioth.debian.org/debian/ unstable/

I can't build amd64 packages (only i386), so you'll have to build it 
from source. If you are not familiar with building Debian package you 
should have a look at these :
