i've done a little more research on atiodcli.  cli likely refers to
the ati control center windows system tray process [0], which is
likely useless on linux.  i've removed the atiodcli binary and have no
problem playing quakelive, glxgears, and heros of newerth, so i don't
think it is necessary.  i would say the best bet is to remove it from
the package until a user complains that they need it?
