[Pkg-firebird-general] new upstream version - fb 1.5.1

I don't know why this happened, but I got it on 2 different computers:

$FIREBIRD/firebird.log file for errors can not start server Is what I am after.
Note that the error message is wrong too.

Have I set up something wrong on networking? This worked with the
previous packages.
