My deduction from the above link is the same - we can use gcc 3.4 and
this will generate the same ABI as gcc 4.
My oppinon on 1.5.2 vs 2.0.0alpha3 is the same too - better have 1.5.2,
which is proven stable, than break too many things with 2.0.0alpha3.
Uploading 2.0.0alpha3 to experimental seems ok to me, though.
So I'm off to build 1.5.2 with 3.4.
I'l post here more info when ready.
