Preinst script uses grep firebird /etc/passwd to check if firebird user
is already created. If there is for eg. user firebirdssl that check
fails -- user firebird is not created.

Same bug when checking presence of group firebird in /etc/group.

Maybe preinst script should use return code of getent passwd firebird or
grep ^firebird: /etc/passwd
