Please supply more information on how to reporoduce this bug.

Is the problem still here with firebird2 1.5.2-7 packages from unstable?

If yes,
  Where can this UDF be got from?
  What is the full error message that you receive?
  What is the output of ldd /path/to/hp/udf?
