[Pkg-firebird-general] Bug#330074: firebird2-classic-server: installation not correct if inetd is installed and xinetd was removed earlier

The installation of inetd entry failes, if 
- xinetd was first installed, then removed (NOT purged)
- inetd (netkit-inetd or openbsd-inetd) is installed

postinst script checks for existence of /etc/xinetd.d. If found, an
entry for xinetd only is installed, update-inetd for traditional
/etc/inetd.conf is not called.  However, if xinetd was removed
(instead of purged) /etc/xinetd.d still exists, and /etc/inetd.conf is
not updated via postinst.

Workaround: call 

update-inetd --add \
 "gds_db\t\tstream\ttcp\tnowait\tfirebird\t/usr/sbin/tcpd \
 /usr/lib/firebird2/bin/fb_inet_server"

manually.
