[pkg-firebird-general] while packaging for trusty ppa (from sid)

This is not entirely harmless and is fixed in 
firebird3.0-3.0.1.32609.ds4-12 (uploaded five days ago).

OTOH, from the "3.0.1.32609.ds4-12ubuntu3" version you use this should 
be included, so it may be a lintian problem.

debian/control reads:

   debhelper (>= 9.20151219~),
   debhelper (>= 9.20160709~) | dh-systemd,

> W: firebird3.0 source: newer-standards-version 3.9.8 (current is 
> 3.9.7)

This one is harmless and is caused by the older lintian package you 
use.
