Oh that sucks.  kde4.m4 seems to be testing whether /usr/lib64 exists
and is not a symlink; on my i386 system that directory is shipped by
'fakeroot'.  (Is that meant to be the case?)

I believe we can pass --with-kde4-plugindir explicitly to work around this.
