[Pkg-fonts-bugs] Bug#255569: [bug #15789] Freemono font no longer recognized as a monospace font

Follow-up Comment #1, bug #15789 (project freefont):

This problem is indeed related to two errors:

-#17038 about erroneous horizontal spacing because some glyphs have an
incorrect Width 

-and also some glyphs having a zero Width.

The fontforge FAQ explains it well:

By changing ALL Width to 1, the font now is properly recognized as monospace.
This can bee seen by running "ftinfo -a" on the generated TTF file(s). It will
show 
"0: postscript: isFixedPitch: 1"

The attached patch does the needed job. Beware that this patch *completes*
the patchj I proposed for #17038. Actually, both bugs should be linked
together
