[Pkg-fonts-bugs] Bug#409659: [ttf-dejavu] bad hinting for "g" at 17, 18, 19 ppem

While digging deeper into #408311, I've found problems with "g" using
the sans-oblique variant, which was promptly fixed upstream with the
patch below.

The attached screenshot compares dejavu 2.13 (left side) and 2.14 using
the patch below (right side) . Note that at some fontsizes the word
"language" appears as if it were "lang uage"
