It is bad practice to include files, which not belong to the upstream
project, I think. Besides that these scripts already exists in the
FontForge package - they are described in the documentation.

These scripts are small and it is not problem to include in the
specific package, when they are needed. Besides that these
scripts are not universal - they may have to be a little changed
for a concrete case.

Therefore, I decided to close this bug.
