Package: fontforge
Version: 20120731.b-7.1+b1
Severity: serious

Dear maintainer: unifont currently fails to build from source in
stretch:

----------------------------------------------------------------
Converting font as a single file.
../../bin/hex2sfd combining.txt < unifont.hex > unifont.sfd
fontforge -lang=ff -c \
   'Open($1); \
    SetFontNames("UnifontMedium", \
        "Unifont", "Unifont", "Medium", \
        "Copyright (C) 2015 Roman Czyborra, Paul Hardy, Qianqian Fang, Andrew Miller, et al. Licensed under the GNU Gener
al Public License; either version 2, or (at your option) a later version, with the GNU Font Embedding Exception.", "8.0.0
1"); \
    SelectAll(); \
    RemoveOverlap(); \
    Simplify(64,1); \
    Save($1);' \
   unifont.sfd
fontforge: symbol lookup error: /usr/lib/libgutils.so.1: undefined symbol: png_longjmp
----------------------------------------------------------------

Because it is the fontforge program the reason for this failure, I'm
submitting this bug against fontforge.

I guess this is related to #578634 and I have the feeeling that a new
binNMU of fontforge would fix this (but I've not checked it).

Thanks.
