People,

It seems that the fontforge maintainer is waking up. Am I wrong ?

I notice that you have an "unconfirmed" bug 37140 that sfddiff isn't
included in the deb package.

This is intentional on my part, sfddiff has been a pain to
maintain (which actually means that I tend to forget about it).
So I took sfddiff out of the default make.

I'm currently bringing out a new release of fontforge (as soon
as the japanese translater is done) where the functionality of
sfddiff has been folded into fontforge itself. I hope that will
be a better solution for all concerned.

I will continue to include the source for sfddiff for the near
future in case people do prefer it, but it will not be part of
my standard build path. Of course you may continue to distribute
it if you like, but the built-in version should have more more
        functionality.

You also have a "confirmed" bug 34441 that ff crashes if LANG!=C.
        Er.
I can't duplicate this one. I run ff with LANG=en_US.UTF-8 and
it does not crash. I occasionally test with LANG=fr_FR.UTF-8 or
LANG=ja_JP.UTF-8 and those do not crash either. (Well, sometimes
ff crashes for me -- but that has nothing to do with the locale)

I just ran it with LANG=de_DE.UTF-8 as described in the bug and
        had no errors.
