[Pkg-fonts-devel] Bug#452127: ttf-dejavu-extra: error message during setup

I've tried to work on this the last few days and noticed I get the same error
while installing another font package (ttf-sil-abyssinica) which makes me think
it's an error in (maybe) fontconfig.
I then looked at the bugreports for fonconfig to see if I could find anything related 
to this and stumbled in #456963 and noticed this:

Not sure they're related, but it certainly looks like fontconfig's having
some problems. Will try to narrow down the problem a bit more and eventually
reassign the bugreport to fonconfig once I'm more confident is not a dejavu problem.
