[Pkg-fonts-devel] Help needed with fontforge

Hi,
I'm currently trying to understand what is happening with #472830
Looks like the format of sfd files was changed making it unusable
with the version of fontforge currently in Debian (see [1]).

It'd be great if someone could tell me when this change happended
(it is not obvious from the FF changelog [2]) and which version (at least)
of FF should be used to avoid the problem.
