I have recently moved all the latest information to here:
http://wiki.debian.org/I18n/TaiwanIndigenousLanguages

This is the latest information we have, earlier information proved to be
wrong. There were a lot of misunderstandings on our side which have been
cleared up after talking to some linguists who were researching those
languages for a longer time than us :)

I have notified Enrico about the update.
