I just happened to come across this when looking at the Debian Fonts
Task Force's QA page.

I uploaded NMU's to mentors, but for some reason they have not shown
up yet in the archive. You can see them sitting at
ftp://mentors.debian.net/ though. I'm not sure if a script pushes them
to the archive or if it needs to happen manually when they get to it.
