I decided to commit it first with that orig.tar.gz, because there is no 
upstream release (of course you can delete that file if you wish) ... 
but when I did:
LANG=C svn commit

I got the following:

svn: Commit failed (details follow):
svn: Authorization failed
svn: Your commit message was left in a temporary file:
svn:    '/home/soc/Entwicklung/4_package/p/packages/svn-commit.tmp'

What's my mistake?
