[Pkg-fonts-devel] Consensus for dropping "Suggests: x-ttcidfont-conf | fontconfig"?

*Many* (56) of our 82 font packages Have such Suggests:

3 more packages even have this as a Recommends:

Our recent discussiopns showed that we don't really see any real need
for such Suggests and even more Recommends.

Some more packages even add "xserver-xorg | xfs (>= 1:1.0.1-5)" to
this, which I also find to be abusive.

So, do we have a consensus on dropping this?
