[Pkg-fonts-devel] fontconfig setting per font pacakges

Hi,

About fontconfig setting with font packages.

Now we have CJK fontconfig setting with /etc/fonts/conf.d/65-nonlatin.conf
but it is not flexible and sometimes harmful for users, especially for
Chinese users (by default, Japanese font setting will override Chinese one).

In fedora, they say font packages include their fontconfig setting and we
should move from "Centralized" setting to "non-centralized" setting, - it means
 "per font" setting basis.

So, if fontconfig upstream would drop 65-nonlatin.conf, font packages, at least
CJK font, should include their fontconfig setting within those.

 About this discussion, see http://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=20911

I think per-font setting is good but not enough.
We should provide system wide setting like language-selector in Ubuntu, too.
It not, we would see ugly mixed fonts in applications.
