[Pkg-fonts-devel] ttf-bitstream-vera should not have been removed

i don't want to sound ignorrant, but for me, there's really no point in
having bitstream arround anymore. if there are some things that needs to
be improved in dejavu (which i apparently don't know as i don't use it
in such cases), then we should just help upstream to acchieve this.
there should be enough time to do that until squeeze is due.

if someone now wants to re-introduce ttf-bitstream-vera, i'm sad because
dejavu is really the way to go, however, whoever wants to do that, feel
free to.
