That's really great to have others building up things on top of what I
drafted.

I think that I will be converting that to some docbook-style thing, so that
we can have a document that can be neatly put into the web, say, like the
Debian Policy, the TeX Policy or the Python Policies (e.g.,
http://www.debian.org/doc/packaging-manuals/python-policy/).

If maintaining the document in the team's SVN repository, then that's OK
with me (I'm just so much more familiar with git than with SVN and will be
probably using a gateway between SVN and git).

Patches on top of what I have on github [*] are welcome, so that we can
preserve history and the contributions of everybody. If you find something
scattered on other places/emails, please drop me an email.

Sure, that's a stupid thing that was put there while we were "morphing"
stuff to a more sensible standard.
