[Pkg-fonts-devel] should we update "Vcs-Browser:" field?

Actually, this is because the SCM has to be changed in the Alioth
admin pages....which I never did for some projects

So, this argument falls down. Still, I'm concerned by the change. I
would first see whether Alioth admins will leave things as is or not.
