One thing we should do for the defoma removal is to take each package
with a defoma hint file in lenny and upgrade it to wheezy and check if
the defoma-generated fontconfig config files in lenny are different to
the maintainer-generated ones in wheezy. Any volunteers for that?

I made a dd-list for the defoma removal, see below. In addition
#539338 in xfonts-utils needs to be fixed and then the X server should
be switched to using the default upstream font path, dropping the
defoma one.
