Preparing all packages with Multi-Arch: foreign will be difficult at
this point I guess, considering amount of packages maintained by
pkg-fonts. [1]

Are we planning this for Wheezy itself?

At this point may be it is better to have this for only those packages
which are dependencies for arch-specific packages what do you think?

I think it will take some time for doing these changes considering the
amount of activity currently happening in the team. May be asking
lintian to warn us about this is good idea so that all new packages
follow this rule.

That's my 2 rupees (cents) on the topic :-)
