I had a very short talk with Zhengpeng online today and he appears to
be a little busy but still willing to not change the maintainership,
and he asked me to NMU the package in the mean time to address
x-ttfcidconf-conf problem. I'm uploading it now.

xfonts-wqy is having trouble right now - it simply does not work in
many cases because of encoding issue. I'm not quite sure about the
details but it was reported to be encoded as GBK right now, and
re-encode it to UTF-8 solves many problems. But I still need to hear
upstream inputs about the problem before taking any action to the
font..

Last, I'd like to see if we can switch to use droidsans fallback as
recommended Chinese font for most Debian/Ubuntu users.
ttf-wqy-microhei was directly derived from an older version of
droidsans fallback, the project's initial aim was to have better
coverage which is not a problem now - actually droidsans fallback is
better both for coverage and quality. But there's still some problems
waiting someone to fix...
