Up to now, these transitional packages never provided any
compatibility symlink as they're meant to pull in the renamed package,
that's all. So, I'd say no.

Well, this is one of the very few packages where TTF and OTF versions
of fonts are separated. I'd love to hear arguments for or against that
design choice. I have no string feeling about this, myself.
