As most packages in the SVN (and GIT) repo qare using dh7, then it
should really be simple, yes.

So, no objection from my side. Who volunteers for doing this in our
gazillion packages (mostly consistent about their packaging
style....but not entirely consistent, so doing the change
automatically might not be easy)?
