Still the same, the second paragraph is different.

New packages at the same location
        deb http://people.debian.org/~preining/TeX/ unstable/
        deb-src http://people.debian.org/~preining/TeX/ unstable/
(you have to remove the old ~1, there is no brak/overwrite for that
intermediate versions)
