Unfortunately, I've had to reject your package. Debian requires that the
source, in the preferred form of modification be included in the package and
that, with a few limited exceptions that don't apply here, any generated files
be regenerated during package build.

If I am understanding the package correctly, the upstream build process for this
font starts with the fonts mplus-1m-regular.ttf and mplus-1m-regular.ttf and the
fonts in the package are generated from those using fontforge. Your packaging
of the font just copies the provided .ttf files into the package without going
through this process, and so you aren't using the preferred form of modification
in the build

I also noticed these additional non-fatal errors you should address before you
repuload:

Make sure your name (including the comment) and email address match between
debian/changelog and uploaders in debian/control.

debian/compat is set to 7, but the debhelper version requirement is 9. Please
either bump compat to 9 or drop the debhelper build-dep to >= 7. Based on
your debian/rules, I think the former is most appropriate.

I don't believe Multi-arch: foreign is needed for an arch: all package. I
would double check that.
