[Pkg-fonts-devel] Packaging Noto fonts

Hi Vasudev,

Would it make sense to have the noto packages but also a noto-unhinted package?
The hinted fonts are better in general, but some might prefer the
unhinted fonts for size if they don't care about hinting instructions
or know that they will have FreeType hinting on the fly.
