[Pkg-fonts-devel] Packaging Noto fonts

There are actually different hinted and unhinted files.
54 files are only in hinted/ and 40 files are only in unhinted/.
Only 20 font files are common.
For example NotoSansTamil-Regular.ttf is only hinted and
NotoSansTagalog-Regular.ttf is only unhinted.
